Office Miseries

I believe most of us have encounter endless miseries in office.
Unreasonable / unfriendly / un-talking / unhelpful etc etc colleagues, superiors, bosses.

Towards colleagues, we still can 'forgive-&-forget'.
Towards Seniors - we tend to be a little unforgiving and unforgettable.

Why does someone take a decade to decide on a minor issue and brush-off the major ones.

Is there something important in the minor issue which they have observed; I had not?
Is there something meaningless in the major issue which is actually SMALL; I had wasted my time pondering?

For me. 1 + 1 = 2, and i proceed to 2 + 1 = ...
To them. 1 + 1 = abc, and they are stuck with efg...z

Sometimes, people like to read between the lines, complicate things, try to make miracles; not knowing that it merely take them 5min to accomplish and move on to another task - perhaps that is why they are seniors - SENIOR CITIZENSssss from a different era...

I am already speechless, wordless, expressionless, and job become meaningless - facing these 'brainless'-icons...

~ Office Miseries - When Can This Be ELIMINATED? Or is this an office-curse??
