Earn your respects by first learning to respect another.
It sounds easy but not many people knows the principle behind.

In the family settings:
The younger generation are expected to show respect to their elderlys;

@Work:
Subordinates are expected to show respect to their Seniors-at-work;

@School:
Students are expected to show respect to their Teachers;

@Social Community:
Every individual is expected to show respect to those around them...

We all demand for respect but do we really deserve it?
