I woke up around 6:30am (slightly later than usual; the usual is 5:30am).
Everything went as per norm until I got ready to give Alexis her daily 'Spa-Session'.
Incident 1:
While preparing her for 'spa', she poo-ed (she usually poo in the morning, so I normally waited for her morning-poo before preparing her 'spa'-session).
As usual, I asked if she has finished her poo - she would normally smile at me (of course that is not an indication that she is done). Thinking that she is done with her poo-ing, I started cleaning her and just at the time when I removed the soiled diaper, she pee. I quickly placed the soiled diaper below her bottom and managed to hold most of her pee. During this time, she was having her other 'fun'.
When I looked up at her, she was smiling and I realised she threw out the milk she drank about half an hour ago. I realised Alexis regard this as 'fun' because she would always smile when I go 'Aiyo, Alexis!' and this time - same.
1st - she smiled when she gave me the sudden 'pee'.
2nd - she smiled when I go 'Aiyo, Alexis'.
After her enjoyable spa-session, I started clearing up the room and Aaron's words on 'Tomorrow is Friday the 13th', suddenly ring a bell ~ again, I thought nothing of it.
Not until...
Incident 2:
After her afternoon feed, I sat her up to 'burp' her. After about 3-5mins, I thought 'ok, no burp'. I was about to change her position when she suddenly
released out a whole lot of milk - and I went 'Ooh..,Alexis!' and she looked at me, again thrilled by my exclaimation, gave me that 'cutie-smile'. Knowing that she still has some more milk in her mouth, I think she is waiting for me to exclaim again before releasing them all, I told her 'Stop, Alexis. No more playing' - and she did stop!
I cleaned her up and changed her into a new set of clothings.
It was during this time that I started to think 'Friday, the 13th' - is this the end?
Perhaps not. 13th... so at least 3 times???
Incident 3:
I was putting her to sleep for her afternoon nap. She was almost asleep when she suddenly start to 'wriggle' here and there. Then, I realised that she poo again (Breastfeeding babies poo many times more than formula-milk fed babies because breast-milk are easily digested). I waited for about 5minutes (for her to finish her 'job') then carried her to the changing room. Same thing, I asked her:'Have you finish your poo, Alexis?'. Same thing - she smiled.
I started cleaning her up and just when I had finish cleaning that last bit, there was a loud 'splat' - her poo 'flew' towards my direction and landed on my fingers and the changing mat (luckily my fingers were fast - else I think more areas will be stained).
Well, until now (6:20pm), she is sound asleep and I hope this is the 3rd incident marks the end of 'Friday, the 13th'.
It rained almost the whole day today so I guess everyone will sleep well tonite, UNLESS....God bless... :)
p.s. No matter how many times of 'incidents' she gives me, I am still as calm as the SEA, perhaps because irregardless of what 'shit' she gives, she is still my precious girl - I guess this is the same for every mother out there ;)
